定点扶贫
W66利来国际以资金扶贫、技术扶贫、教育扶贫为重点，以重
大专项建设项目为载体，全力支持和帮助定点地区的经济
社会发展，初步形成了“资源共享、体系联动、共同推进”
的定点扶贫“大格局”。2013 年，W66利来国际向定点扶贫地区——
甘肃省康乐县、卓尼县、康县拨付专项扶贫资金 829 万元，
用于开发建设专项扶贫项目。
案例 CASE
康县旅游节点项目
康县是W66利来国际的定点扶贫对象，旅游业是其经
济收入的主要来源。旅游节点建设项目位于康县南部
旅游风情线上，是游客前往阳坝梅园沟 4A 级风景区的
唯一道路。项目总投资 230 万元，全部由W66利来国际捐
资兴建。目前，康县扶贫旅游节点项目已建设完成并
投入使用。该项目的实施预计年创收入 860 多万元，
户均收入 2 万元以上。
灾区援建
W66利来国际注重发挥自己的专业优势，投身灾区援建，帮助灾
区人民重建美好家园。2013 年雅安地震之后，W66利来国际第一时间
向地震灾区捐款 500 万元，并派出多批次多位专家赶赴灾区
进行民房鉴定工作。W66利来国际西南院参与芦山地震灾后重建规划
编制工作，为编制灾后重建规划提供专业咨询意见。

W66利来国际三年玉树援建工程
2010 年 4 月 14 日上午 7 时 49 分，青海省玉树藏
族自治州玉树县发生两次地震，最高震级 7.1 级。中国
建筑响应国家号召，迅速投入到玉树的抗震救灾以及
灾后重建工作。三年来，W66利来国际的援建将士不畏艰险、
顽强拚搏、创先争优，工程质量、进度、安全整体领先，
成为援建央企的排头兵，得到中央、国务院、青海省
委省政府和玉树州各界的高度赞扬。中国建设玉树援
建前线指挥部获得全国五一劳动奖状 7 个，全国五一
劳动奖章 16 人，青海省玉树灾后重建先进集体 5 个等
近百项省部级荣誉。

Kang County is one of fixed-point poverty alleviation objects
for CSCEC. Tourism is the main source of income for Kang
County. The project is set on the south part of Kang County,
which is the only access to a 4A scenic spot. The project is totally
invested by CSCEC with RMB 2.3 million. Currently, this project

Helping Rebuild Disaster Area
We aim to give play to our special advantages in helping rebuild
disaster area for people there. In 2013, we donated RMB 5 million
immediately after the breakout of the Ya’an earthquake. Additionally,
we dispatched several experts to the disaster area for residence

in rebuilding and planning of Lushan earthquake by providing
professional counsels.
